European Monitoring Centre on Change

The European Monitoring Centre on Change (EMCC) is an information resource established to promote an understanding of how to anticipate and manage change. It was set up in 2001 within the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions, Dublin, with the full support of the European Parliament, the European Commission and the social partners.
